Permissions for Commercial Use

Please note: each commercial request is handled on a case by case basis. For commercial requests, please provide the following information:

• URL where this information will be posted.
• Description of how the material will be accessed
• Whether the site is username and password protected
• Whether the material can be downloaded or printed
• Duration of term needed
• Projected number of people expected to access the material

The permission fees are determined based on format (i.e, Website, intranet or print); organization type; length usage. Once the review is completed, a quote will be sent to your email box.. Upon your acceptance of terms and conditions, a letter granting permission will be sent to you.

Please submit all permission requests for commercial use to copyright@ana.org. Please also include with your permission request complete contact information, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone numbers.
