“Nurses today seek to understand why data are collected and how data are used to improve health care quality and safety while reducing costs of care. This book is a clear, concise overview of how data are created and how they increasingly shape the world in which nurses practice. It will inspire many to greater accountability for patients, communities and systems of care.”
